Charles Wiebe Charles Wiebe has worked in the Ottawa high tech industry for over 20 years. Having worked at NORTEL/BNR for 17 years, Charles built a reputation for delivering products on time and within budget. Charles is renowned for his project management expertise, in managing cross-functional groups and for working with customers to transfer the technology knowledge to accelerate deployment.
Since 1997, Charles has helped start-ups and Fortune 500 companies define their technology strategy and work with customers to identify design wins.
Charles has a background in cross-functional product development, spanning software, hardware and system integration. Charles brings this knowledge to bear, whether it is to create a technology strategy for a client or to integrate Tracker into a customer site.
Charles graduated from Queens’ University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering and in 1980 with a Masters of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering.
